Mondaly provides SaaS product design, development, automation, and consulting services.

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, mobile number, project information, messages, booking details, and communication preferences.

When you use our messaging program, we also maintain records of consent, message activity, support requests, and opt-out requests.

We may automatically collect limited technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring pages, and analytics or cookie identifiers.

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, manage bookings, secure and operate the website, understand site performance, comply with legal obligations, and protect our rights.

We send promotional text messages only after you provide express consent through the optional marketing consent choice in the LeadConnector chat widget. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are disclosed only to aggregators and providers of the text messaging service where necessary to deliver and administer messages.

We do not sell personal information or mobile opt-in data. You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP. See our Terms of Service for the complete messaging terms.

We use carefully selected service providers to operate our website and business, including Vercel for hosting, LeadConnector/HighLevel for chat and messaging, Calendly for bookings, and analytics providers. They may process only the information necessary to perform services for us and are required to protect it.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganisation subject to appropriate protections. Mobile opt-in information remains subject to the restrictions in section 4.

We may use essential cookies and limited analytics technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, measure performance, and prevent abuse. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling essential cookies may affect website functionality.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, accounting, security, and consent-record requirements.
